Is that too bright for your liking? Make sure your on the same layer as the color balance. Then go to Filter > Render > Clouds. This is optional if you want to do this. If you dont want to, its not part of the tutorial. This will make it a bit darker or lighter in some random spots.

If you don't like the result, go to Filter > Render > Clouds again and another random colors will show up. If you still don't like it, I advise you to go back to the normal one (before clouds).
