Page 3 - Feathering

Now, select a part of the layer you want cut out a little bit. Like above... I have the one on the right above the left one. I am about to cut off a piece of it using the feather tool. So, select a part of it, make sure you extend it all the way to the other side. Now right click inside there and go to Feather. Set the radius to about 20. Now, go to the top of your window and find Edit > Clear.
