Page 2 - Difference Clouds

Lets start out by creating a new document, any size. Make sure your colors on your tool box are black & white. Go to the top of your Adobe Photoshop window and find Filter > Render > Difference Clouds. Repeat this step about 5-10 times untill you get a nice looking effect like the one above!
