Ok, so it looks like lightning right? Well lets turn it into a fire blaze! Go to the top of your Adobe Photoshop window again and find Filter > Render > Lighting effects this time. Use the settings below. Look above for the direction of the light effect on the left side.

Light Type: Spotlight
On: Checkmark
1st Color: ff7e00
Intensity: 100
Focus: 50 Wide
2nd Color: ff0000
Gloss: 100 Shiny
Material: 100 Metallic
Exposure: 0
Ambience: 8 Positive
Texture Channel: None
