Now its time to add some of that dust / clouds. Create a new layer under the fire. Now go to Filter > Render > Difference Clouds again. Repeat that a few times till you get something like in step 1. Now go to the layer on top with the fire on it and set blending mode to SCREEN. Set the opacity on the layer below it that you just created to about 44%. Now create 1 more layer under all of the layers and make it black.
