Select the black & white clouds layer. Using the marquee selection tool, select about 30% of the side with the darker / less fire. Right click inside that and go to Feather. Set the radius to 50. Now go to the top of you Adobe Photoshop window and click Edit > Clear. Do the same with the fire layer above all of them. Make sure the last layer is full black 100%. Time to add some more details into the fire, using the burn & dodge tool, brush around the fire in spots that it looks like its all yellow and no details in it (1 smushed color). After all of this you should be done!
