Dark Content Box

Alright, repeat the step with the Rounded Rectangle Tool again, but now draw it inside the box. and make the cross hit both edges in the corners, like this :

Alright, now drag it to the another corner diagonally.
Now u have an rounded rectangle inside an rounded rectangle, and u should be able to get a better idea out if it now too.

Alright, rasterize the layer ( explained in step 2. ) and go to the blending options again ( explained in step 2. ), Now do the following on the inner rounded rectangle layer:

Inner Shadow :
Blending Mode : Normal
Color : White
Distance : 0px
Choke : 0px
Size : 5px

Gradient Overlay :
Click the gradient bar and a window with options will popup, set the gradient bar below to these settings.

Alright, set the Angle to 90 Degrees.

Stroke :
Blend Mode : Normal
Opacity : 75%
Color : Black.
