Page 3 - Motion Blur

Again, more duplicating. This time, your going to duplicate those layers you just duplicated. For example, duplicate the first text layer, then the second one, and the third one. Now resterize those 3 your just duplicated. For each one of those resterized ones, go to Filter > Blur > Motion Blur and put in the following settings.

Angle: 0°
Distance: 40 px
