Page 2 - Clouds

Create a new document, any size. Fill in the background either white or black and make sure the 2 colors in your toolbox are white & black. Lets start out by using the filter effect "Different Clouds". If you are not familar with this command, just go to the top of your Adobe Photoshop window and find. Filter > Render > Difference Clouds. Now repeat this step a few times (4-7) untill you get a nice looking effect like the one above.
