Refund Policy

Introduction

We thank you for choosing SkillTuts as your IT Training Academy and build your future with us. However, things might not work between us in some scenarios and you would like to get a refund. We understand and cooperate in such cases.

If you have purchased training/coaching services from SkillTuts and are not satisfied with the teaching quality, you may be eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the training start date.

In short, we provide a 7 days no questions asked refund policy. After you complete 7 days of training with us, we won’t provide you any refunds.

Refund Guidelines

To be eligible for a refund, the following guidelines should be taken into consideration:

  • Request of the refund must be made within 7 days of the training start date
  • If after paying the training fees, SkillTuts was unable to provide you the training, a full refund will be granted.
  • Refunds will not be given in case of any personal issues or incidents. In such cases, we can pause your trainings and resume when you are ready to resume again.
  • We reserve the right to terminate your training in case you behave inappropriately inside the center. No refunds will be given in such cases.
